Job summary

Procon seeks a Technology Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for enterprise technology implementations; work spans across the U.S. and remote teams, coordinating project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

You will apply Primavera P6 and MS Project, monitor critical path, create dashboards, and assess schedule risks; contribute to deployment, data migration, and cybersecurity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CM, Eng, Bus, PM or related field.
• 5+ years in project scheduling/controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience across multiple workstreams schedules.
• Experience with cloud-based software implementations.
• Understand CPM, schedule forecasting, performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with tech teams.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for technology projects.
• Coordinate scheduling across project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and potential impacts.
• Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, forecasting reports, and metrics.
• Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and delays; recommend mitigations.
• Support planning, execution, testing, deployment, and training activities.
• Assist with resource planning and workload forecasting.
• Support software configuration, data migration, and integration from scheduling perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business objectives.
• Support cybersecurity compliance activities and readiness milestones.
• Maintain schedule documentation and project controls best practices.
• Participate in process improvements and scheduling standards.
• Grow into broader PM responsibilities within Technology Department.
