Job summary

Advanced Technology Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage, monitor, and ensure the timeliness and integrity of project schedules for a complex, project-driven environment in Westminster, Colorado. You will coordinate with estimating, PM, engineering, and manufacturing to load resources, forecast schedules, and provide regular analyses to senior management.

The role requires strong proficiency with Primavera P6/Primavera Cloud, earned value management, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in project scheduling, production planning, manufacturing planning or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in schedule creation, schedule management, and project controls.
Experience scheduling complex projects with budgets greater than US $5M preferred.
Experience with Government programs/projects and/or nuclear or NQA-1 related programs/projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain all required project schedules, utilizing scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6.
Develops bid schedules using company scheduling standards and templates; improve templates as part of continuous improvement.
Communicate with project management team to ensure scheduling and Earned Value Management efforts meet contract requirements and reporting needs.
Create detailed project plans with resource loading; integrate into comprehensive schedules with logic and dependencies.
Identify correct logical relationships, constraints, and propose best schedule methodology.
Develop budgets and resource load schedules; produce labor projections, graphs, and reports.
Maintain multiple project schedules and provide weekly progress updates.
Produce schedules and reports for internal management and external customers.
Incorporate scope changes and report schedule impacts.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to resolve conflicts and changes.
Maintain open communication to inform stakeholders of schedule changes.
Process schedule updates timely and accurately.
Monitor production workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify and report work capacity constraints.
Perform weekly schedule updates.
Other duties as assigned.
