Job summary

Procon is seeking a Technology Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules for enterprise technology implementations. You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to track milestones, dependencies, and schedule performance while coordinating with project managers and technical teams.

Responsibilities include preparing updates and dashboards, forecasting reports, and identifying schedule risks with mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controls.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience developing and analyzing integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
Experience supporting technology or enterprise software projects.
Familiarity with CPM, schedule forecasting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for technology projects.
Coordinate scheduling across PMs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep milestones on track.
Monitor progress, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and potential impacts.
Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, forecasting reports, and performance metrics.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; support planning, deployment, and production activities.
