You will collaborate with project management, client teams, engineering, and construction to ensure schedules align with client procedures and project baselines.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Familiarity with the practical application of project controls.
10+ years of project experience.
Post-secondary graduate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed schedules for capital projects.
Interface with project management, client management, engineering, construction, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular schedule updates and report deviations from baselines.
Identify and manage schedule risks and actions.
Support schedule contingency management.
Assist with month-end closing and phase gate processes.
Prepare look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
