Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain detailed schedules for electric capital infrastructure. The role interfaces with project management, client management, engineering and construction teams to ensure schedule accuracy and timely decisions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong communication skills. This is a hybrid role with some travel to client sites as needed.

• Knowledge of project controls practices.
• 10+ years of project experience.
• Post-secondary graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering and construction teams.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings.
