Amtrak is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager – Cost Engineering & Controls in Hamden to lead risk, cost and schedule controls on multi‑billion bridge programs, delivering on-time, within budget outcomes. You will develop dashboards, audits, and reporting for senior leaders and collaborate across portfolio teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 9+ years experience (11+ preferred), and strong knowledge of cost engineering, risk management and governance.
