Job summary

Continental Disc Corporation seeks a Project Pursuit Manager to coordinate quotes, documentation, and customer engagement for high-profile capital projects. You will liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Operations, manage submittals, and maintain CRM records while supporting commercial terms and orders.

Role includes field support, product presentations, and periodic travel to customer sites, with a focus on driving commercial outcomes and revenue growth across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in project coordination, inside sales, or industrial sales support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturer representative networks or field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed quotations for new installations and capital projects with pricing, product configuration, and terms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales for alignment.
• Conduct and participate in virtual meetings with field reps, EPC firms, end users, and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and follow up on opportunities.
• Manage technical submittals, documentation, and drawing coordination.
• Maintain CRM records and project tracking tools.
• Support order entry accuracy and review contractual requirements.
• Actively support field representatives in sales pursuits from specification to award.
• Provide technical guidance on sizing concepts, configurations, and compliance.
• Assist with customer strategy, quote refinement, and technical clarification.
• Provide rapid responses to inquiries to advance opportunities.
• Participate in strategy calls for high-profile accounts and target projects.
• Travel periodically with field representatives to customer sites.
• Deliver onsite product presentations and persuasive sales presentations to EPC customers.
