Job summary

ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services, LLC in Marion, OH, is seeking a highly organized Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support our commercial landscape construction and operations teams. You will coordinate purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and help keep projects on schedule.

You will work with Estimating, Project Management and Operations to deliver results, maintain project documentation, and handle submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the Estimating Department by obtaining vendor pricing and organizing bid documents.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including material orders and vendor communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, including Submittals, Change orders, Pay applications, Closeout documents.
• Assist with Service Partner negotiating and compliance paperwork.
• Track required compliance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, and other project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and project records.
• Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
