Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or administrative roles in landscaping or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily branch operations and scheduling.
• Support sales with reporting, CRM updates, and contracts.
• Process invoices, payroll support, and budget tracking.
• Lead onboarding and HRIS setup for new hires.
• Identify process improvements and train peers.
