Job summary

ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services, LLC in Marion, OH, is seeking a highly organized Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support our commercial landscape construction and operations teams. You will coordinate purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and help keep projects on schedule.

You will work with Estimating, Project Management and Operations to deliver results, maintain project documentation, and handle submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout documents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Estimating Department by obtaining vendor pricing and organizing bid documents.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including material orders and vendor communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, including Submittals, Change orders, Pay applications, Closeout documents.
• Assist with Service Partner negotiating and compliance paperwork.
• Track required compliance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, and other project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and project records.
• Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.

ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support our commercial landscape construction and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, solving problems, and ensuring multiple moving parts stay on track.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Estimating, Project Management, and Operations to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.
