Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor timelines, and ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes. A background in advertising/marketing production and strong MS Office skills are required, with bonus project management tools

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of print, digital, and video functions and interfaces with core teams.
• Identifies problems and provides tangible solutions to meet client/agency needs.
• Delivers clear instructions with backup materials and documentation.
• Responsible for overall financial health of assigned brands: creates and maintains yearly budget scope.
• Develops estimates with resource allocations for individual tactics.
• Keeps documents up-to-date and aligned with current project assumptions.
• Manages the billing/invoicing process through billing worksheets.
• Provides input to quarterly reconciliation.
• Develops, maintains, and refreshes project chronologies with milestones.
• Creates and monitors project parameters to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicates with print production houses to align print specs with team expectations.
• Maintains production schedule/status and participates in weekly meetings for logistics.
