Job summary

Monroe Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support enterprise projects aligned with strategic goals. The role coordinates plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, requirements, testing, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintaining governance and documentation while driving process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, tech, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination/management experience across lifecycle stages.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional technology and vendor-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinates enterprise projects from planning to implementation, onboarding vendors, and governance.
• Documents decisions, action items, and milestones; prepares status reports and leadership materials.
