Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Staff Project Operations Representative on the Multifamily Team to lead end-to-end management of complex solar project lifecycles, from contract approval and technical sign-offs to final Permission to Operate (PTO).

In this role you will manage a portfolio of sophisticated projects while partnering with channel onboarding and support teams. Reporting to the Project Operations Supervisor, you will influence process development as Sunrun expands into new markets, products,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in project ops or solar industry preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools preferred.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from contracts to PTO, for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Development Managers, Designers, and Partners to meet milestones.
• Review documents for accuracy, policy alignment, and SOX requirements.
• Perform advanced data analysis to improve automation of workflows and cycle times.
• Communicate approvals and updates to internal teams and Partners.
• Maintain and generate data tapes for recurring requests and audits.
