Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Staff Project Operations Representative to lead the end-to-end management of complex solar/ storage project lifecycles. You will drive contract approvals, plan sets, installation proofs, and PTO, coordinating with Development Managers, Project Managers, and partners to ensure timely milestone approvals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in project operations or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex project lifecycles, from contract approval to PTO.
• Coordinate with Development Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and internal teams to progress projects to completion.
• Onboard new partners and markets, tailor training materials, and manage access and account setup.
• Review plan sets, contracts, and project documents to approve milestones aligning with policy and SOX requirements.
• Perform advanced data analysis to improve automation, workflows, and cycle times.
• Prioritize and process requests from Installation, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other teams.
• Maintain data accuracy using Salesforce.com and other database reports; conduct recurring audits.
