Qualifications

• 5+ years solar experience required, residential preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree required.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the residential operation department to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the Director of Residential Operations to hit financial targets and goals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and reports to improve efficiency.
• Analyze project data and make informed decisions with the Director of Residential Operations.
• Ensure safety requirements with Safety, HR, and field crews on all builds.
• Resolve client, supply chain, and labor compliance issues.
• Foster strong communication between management, field, and office staff.
• Oversee training programs for employees and sponsorships.
• Improve performance and handoffs between Superintendent, PM, and leads.
• Reduce punch list items across projects with efficient task completion.
• Review BOMs, ensure materials are ordered and available.
