Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. seeks a Staff Project Operations Representative to oversee end-to-end management of complex residential solar projects, from contract approval to Permission to Operate.

You will coordinate with multiple internal teams and partners to ensure milestones are met efficiently. You will review plans, contracts, and installation proofs, while driving process improvements and scalable policies as Sunrun expands into new markets and products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience is required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from contract approval to PTO.
• Collaborate with Development Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and internal teams.
• Onboard and support partners and new markets; tailor training and access for new partners.
• Review documents for compliance with terms and policy; ensure milestone approvals.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of workflows and data analyses.
