Avangrid seeks a Project Manager for Transmission & ISO Policy to lead policy development and regulatory engagement across federal and state bodies, including ISO-NE and NYISO. The role drives strategic insights to support transmission investment and market design objectives.

The position works with cross-functional teams to craft regulatory filings and executive materials, influencing policy directions in a dynamic regulatory environment and providing leadership in industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in a relevant field.
• Experience in transmission policy, regulatory affairs, energy markets.
• Experience with FERC proceedings, ISO/RTO market structures, or transmission tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate participation in federal and state regulatory proceedings related to transmission and energy markets.
• Develop and implement policy and regulatory strategies to support transmission investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across planning, legal, finance, and operations.
• Represent the company in ISO-NE and NYISO stakeholder processes and industry groups.
• Prepare regulatory filings, reports, and executive briefings for leadership.
