Job summary

AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Project Manager for Transmission & ISO Policy to lead policy development and regulatory strategy across ISO-NE and NYISO, supporting transmission growth. This role partners across planning, legal, finance, and operations to shape company positions in regulatory proceedings.

You will manage cross-functional teams, prepare regulatory filings and executive briefings, and engage with stakeholders and industry groups to advance policy objectives and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in policy or regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate participation in federal/state regulatory proceedings related to transmission and energy markets.
• Develop and implement policy and regulatory strategies to support transmission investment and market objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop aligned Company positions across planning, legal, finance, and operations.
• Represent the Company externally in ISO-NE and NYISO stakeholder processes and industry groups.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership on policy and regulation.
