AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY is seeking a Project Manager for Transmission & ISO Policy to lead policy development and regulatory strategy supporting transmission growth. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders across ISO-NE and NYISO to advance Company positions in regulatory proceedings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in transmission policy, regulatory affairs, energy markets, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory proceedings development for transmission and energy markets, including testimony and data requests.
• Develop and implement policy/regulatory strategies to support transmission investment and market objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Company positions across planning, legal, finance, and operations.
• Represent Avangrid externally in ISO-NE and NYISO stakeholder processes and industry groups.
• Present complex policy topics to leadership and stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
• Monitor policy developments in FERC orders, tariffs, and market design; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Produce analytical, financial, and policy evaluations of proposals and rule changes.
• Prepare regulatory filings, reports, presentations, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Support regulatory meetings, hearings, and technical sessions with regulators and stakeholders.
• Engage with industry organizations to track trends and advocate Company interests.
