Avangrid seeks a Project Manager for Transmission & ISO Policy to lead policy development and regulatory strategies, supporting the growth of the company's transmission business across ISO-NE and NYISO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in transmission policy, regulatory affairs, or energy markets.
• Experience with regulatory processes such as FERC proceedings and transmission tariffs.
• Strong understanding of utility ratemaking and cost recovery.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate participation in federal and state regulatory proceedings related to transmission and energy markets.
• Develop and implement policy and regulatory strategies to support transmission investment and market objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with planning, legal, and finance to align Company positions.
• Represent the Company in ISO-NE and NYISO stakeholder processes and industry groups.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership on policy and regulation topics.
• Prepare regulatory filings, reports, and executive briefing materials.
• Support Company representation in meetings, hearings, and technical sessions with regulators.
