  • Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project to meet goals within time and funding parameters.
  • Alters plans and recommends future project phases based on lessons learned.
  • Participates in budget development for the project.
  • Reviews project plan to determine time frame, funding, and procedures.
  • Manages staffing and allocation of resources across project phases.
  • Confer with staff to outline work plans and assign duties and authority.
  • Directs project personnel, including consultants and vendors, to keep progress on schedule.
  • Reviews status reports and adjusts schedules as required.
  • Prepares project reports for management and clients and resolves problems.
