Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of Technical Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite.
• 3+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical, analytical and model projects across cross-functional teams.
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope and timelines; identify risks and issues and mitigate.
• Build structured engagement models with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable workstreams.
• Navigate whitespace areas with a strategic approach, identifying opportunities and driving direction.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively to interact with key stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Apply technical and business understanding to engage with development teams and align business goals with technical requirements.
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive delivery.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts to ensure proper governance.
