Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 Year of People Management experience.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of People Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure proper documentation to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive project delivery and outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Demonstrate influencing skills to drive project and program efforts.
• Coach and develop a team of associates and lead with strong leadership.
