Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting internal business clients.
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 2+ years of Jira or Github project experience.
• 2+ years of model risk management experience in a regulated financial institution.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction and managing execution from start to finish.
• Design, adapt, and document detailed project plans to manage timelines, scope, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to deliver on strategic goals.
• Mentor, develop, and coach associate project managers and delivery team members.
• Demonstrate track record of establishing structure within fast-paced workstreams.
• Exhibit exceptional communication to influence and partner with leaders.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Design Thinking to solve problems.
• Create scalable workflow structures and manage handoffs and escalations.
