Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience.

• PM certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma preferred.
• 2+ years of Jira or Github project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs with strategic direction and execution from start to finish.
• Design, adapt, and document detailed project plans to manage timelines, scope, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders at all levels to deliver on strategic goals.
• Mentor, develop, and coach associate project managers and delivery team members.
• Track handoffs, timeframes, and escalations; ensure smooth transitions.
