Job summary

Henderson Scott US in Brooklyn, NY seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up and major renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and field teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget performance.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication, budgeting, and safety oversight, plus self-perform experience a plus and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use or residential projects.
• Experience with developer/GC/design-build firms.
• Self-perform construction experience preferred.
• Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project/Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets to meet targets.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subs and field ops.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, changes, PO’s and docs.
• Lead meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Support turnover with inspections, punch lists, and training.
