Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or related field; 3+ years in structural/residential PM.
• OSHA 30-hour certification within past 3 years.
• Procore or equivalent project management software experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Project Execution: support PMs and Superintendents with on-site and office-based activities.
• Manage Schedules & Budgets: assist with scheduling, cost tracking and budgeting.
