Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field.
• Proven PM experience in residential condo development.
• Developer's Owner's representative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regs.
• Proficient in construction PM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers to translate objectives into designs.
• Monitor progress, risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate updates to senior management and partners.
• Manage bidding, contracts, and procurement with GC and vendors.
• Develop and monitor budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
• Coordinate on-site activities, ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners throughout lifecycle.
