Henderson Scott US seeks a Lead Project Manager to drive ground-up residential developments across New York City. You will oversee the full lifecycle, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and report to senior leadership on progress and risks.

The role requires 4+ years in PM on large residential builds (>$30M), a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and PlanGrid. At-will full-time employment with strong benefits offered.

Qualificações

• 4+ years as a Project Manager leading ground-up developments
• Experience managing large ground-up projects (upwards of $30M)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.)

• Oversee full lifecycle of ground-up residential development projects
• Manage subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting
• Run OAC meetings and report to upper management and stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant with building standards
