Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Project Manager to oversee sales enablement initiatives from scoping through deployment. You will coordinate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Legal, IP Management, and Communications to ensure launches stay on-budget, on-time and on-brand.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans in MS365 tools, monitor schedules, identify bottlenecks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while aligning with the broader program objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with creative workflows for video and digital production.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPC, Training, and Youth project lifecycle management.
• Monitor schedules daily and flag bottlenecks.
• Manage projects in Planner or MS365 PM tools.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of tactical assets.
• Coordinate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Legal, and IP teams.
• Document progress and final deliverables thoroughly.
