Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor contracts and submittal processes.
• Coordinate design development to align with budget and schedule.
• Prepare construction documents and bid/RFP packages.
• Monitor schedule performance and produce weekly/monthly updates.
• Ensure QA and site safety in line with contract documents.
• Provide monthly progress reports to Project Director.
• Lead a competent project staff and document control.
