Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide senior-level guidance on program scoping, timelines and budgets across client campaigns. You will act as the agency advocate, monitor scope creep, and oversee project transactions with Finance and Account Management to enable monthly client bill-backs.

The role requires leadership of a PM team, robust governance of budgets, and the ability to align workflows with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate experience managing a marketing/advertising program team.
• Experience with agency or in-house marketing environments is a plus.
• PM certifications such as PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program scope, timelines and budgets from scoping to launch and maintenance.
• Monitor project scope creep and provide detailed oversight of transactions.
• Manage monthly bill-backs and write-off processes for programs.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the Project Management team for accounts.
• Ensure programs are entered correctly in client architecture structures.
• Maintain weekly oversight of budgets and schedules across client programs.
