Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Project Manager to oversee sales enablement initiatives. You will drive project lifecycles from scoping to deployment, ensure on-time and on-brand executions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Trade Marketing, Legal, and IP Management.

You will work closely with creative resources and vendors, manage scope, and anticipate issues to minimize scope creep while delivering high-quality results within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with creative workflows for video & digital production.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff, define deliverables, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor schedules daily and flag bottlenecks or scope creep.
• Manage projects using Planner or MS365 PM tools and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Legal, IP, Comms Planning and others for timely deployments.
• Maintain documentation of progress and final files; report risks to leadership.
