Job summary

IDEX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. You will translate strategic priorities into integrated project plans, define milestones, owners, risks, and success metrics, and partner with site leaders across our US footprint.

This role requires influencing without authority, operating in ambiguity, and delivering executive-ready updates while building repeatable PMO processes and governance cadences for disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong business acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable project plans and governance.
