Job summary

Impiricus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the DocUpdate team and own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Concierge teams to drive execution from planning through delivery.

This role rewards ownership and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to build scalable PM processes as the DocUpdate program grows and expands across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• 3+ years of corporate project management experience with cross-functional ownership.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight and align multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, or similar teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using modern PM platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Coordinate concurrent workstreams, identify risks and blockers, and manage dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate meetings, document actions, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
