Job summary

Impiricus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the DocUpdate team and own project execution across one of our fastest-growing product lines. You will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring projects stay organized, aligned, and moving forward in a fast‑paced environment.

You will act as the primary Project Manager for DocUpdate, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Concierge teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP Certification is required.
• 3+ years of corporate project management with cross-functional ownership.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight and guide multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, or Concierge.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and stakeholders aligned.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight and accountability across teams.
