Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for a 6-month contract in New York, NY. You will drive complex marketing and creative projects across local and national lines of business, coordinating with marketing, strategy, design, and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project management within advertising or marketing, a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business, and a proven track record delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional level experience in a project management role in advertising or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects through local and national lines of business.
• Craft thoughtful and custom project plans and timelines.
• Manage and track scope and hours for efficiency reporting across a line of business.
• Communicate priorities, risk and solutions to senior-level internal stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing & strategy leads and Creative Directors to lead and direct teams on briefs.
• Collaborate with departments and external agencies to manage campaigns and briefs.
• Review change requests and assess schedule and budget impacts with alternatives.
• Negotiate timelines and budgets to ensure deadlines are met.
