Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Performance Marketing team. The role focuses on developing and optimizing performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising, partnering with internal teams and external agencies.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage complex projects, and drive delivery with a focus on brand integrity and timely execution across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning.
• Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation.
• Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking.
• Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising.
• Serve as lead point of contact for external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, impact, risks, and resources across programs.
• Prioritize competing needs with clear reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams.
• Manage workflow, budgets, approvals, and delivery of high-quality assets on tight deadlines.
