Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience leading business or technology projects through lifecycle.
- Experience leading projects from initiation through delivery with planning, execution and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technology projects from planning through implementation with measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage project plans, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams with structure, accountability, and momentum.
- Partner with leaders to remove roadblocks and accelerate execution.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports for decisions.
- Provide visibility into project health and needed decisions.
- Build trusted client relationships through ownership and execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CFGI's methodologies.
