Job summary

Pace is seeking a Project Manager of Operations to drive and deliver operational initiatives, develop intake processes, and provide program leadership across multiple initiatives.

You will create and manage work plans, establish KPIs, deliver regular status reports, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote governance while supporting Pace's mission in an office setting with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or PM and 5 years of PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational practices and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain PMO processes for initiatives.
• Develop and manage work plans with integrated timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Track performance metrics and deliver status reports.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation.
• Promote governance models and meeting cadences.
• Drive continuous improvement and team initiatives.
• Support Pace mission with professional interactions.
