Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales admin, or operations support in pharma or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and execute.
• Experience building project trackers, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organization levels, including international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to manage project timelines and risks.
• Support Naloxone operations, including customer service, returns, and shipment tracking.
• Develop and maintain centralized initiative trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Apply basic PowerBI skills to update operations reports and insights.
• Facilitate team meetings with clear action items and accountability.
