Job summary

Pace is seeking a Project Manager of Operations to drive and deliver operational initiatives, develop intake processes, and ensure consistent project management practices. The role emphasizes governance, KPI tracking, and leadership across cross-functional teams in an office setting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 5+ years of program or project management experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of PMO practices, governance, and KPIs.
• Experience defining requirements, objectives, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains PMO processes and the overall project management approach.
• Develops and manages work plans and integrated schedules across initiatives.
• Partners with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs for project execution and reporting.
• Prepares status reports including health updates and monthly summaries.
• Manages risks, issues, and cross-functional team concerns.
• Develops governance structures and stakeholder meeting cadences.
• Drives continuous improvement and team initiatives.
