Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
  • 3-7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong experience translating high-level goals into structured plans, workflows, and execution frameworks.
  • Proven track record driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable systems.
  • Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Asana, Monday.com, Jira.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and operational best practices.
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.

  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and consistency
