Job summary

Mide Technology, a Hutchinson Company, is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple technical projects from initiation through delivery at our Woburn, MA location. You will coordinate resources, manage scope and schedule, and liaise with clients to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with PM tools and hybrid methodologies (AGILE/Waterfall).

Qualifications

• Must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational skills including multitasking and time management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, or Trello).
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assist with identifying project goals.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare budgets.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Director Project Management and the relevant project team members to eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
