Job summary

Midé Technology in Woburn, MA seeks a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise projects from concept to delivery, aligning resources, schedules, and budgets with client needs and executives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management, hands-on with Jira/Basecamp/MS Project or Trello, and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. This full-time role is on-site at our Woburn office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in project management.
• Experience from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, or Trello.
• PM Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• BS or BA in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assist with identifying project goals.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare budgets.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Director Project Management and the relevant project team members to eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, or Trello)
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies highly preferred
• BS or BA Business Administration or related field
