Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with engineering management to plan workload.
• Manages complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Liaises between stakeholders to ensure risks, schedule, cost visibility.
• Utilizes tools to plan timelines and monitor milestones.
• Leads meetings, prepares agendas and project summaries.
• Allocates resources, budgets, and hours; adjusts as needed.
• May involve business development with external parties including US Government entities.
