Job summary

Mide Technology seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary projects from planning through delivery within our Woburn, MA facility. You will coordinate efforts across engineering, management, and external vendors to ensure projects meet requirements, timelines, and budgets. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

The role reports to the VP of Engineering and may involve business development activities with U.S. Government entities.

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years managerial experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government or DoD R&D projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering management to set workloads.
• Manage complex projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external vendors to align risks, deliverables, schedules, costs, and meetings.
• Plan timelines using project tools and communicate schedule changes.
