Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Project Manager in Ohio to lead job schedules, coordinate tools and fabrications, and assign project personnel while tracking labor efficiency.

The PM will represent the company at progress meetings, initiate change orders, and oversee on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client communications.

This role requires 3+ years in estimating or project management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years working in estimating and/or project management.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is a plus.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Knowledge of scheduling programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately define project requirements.
• Create job schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage personnel and track labor efficiency.
• Represent the company at job progress meetings.
• Initiate change orders as needed.
• Complete contract progress billings as required.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly WIP reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations to complete on time and on budget.
• Serve as main contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Work with clients to brainstorm solutions to meet needs.
• Monitor projects to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate with team members regarding project needs.
• Read and analyze job cost reports.
• Respond to inquiries from management in a timely manner.
• Assist with collections as required.
• Communicate daily with foremen.
