The Project Manager will schedule, coordinate tools and fabrication, manage personnel, and drive project deliverables while representing the company in progress meetings and change orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years working in estimating and/or project management.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is a plus.
• A degree from an accredited college or university is a plus.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Knowledge of scheduling programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create job schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage assigned personnel and track labor efficiency.
• Represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
• Complete contract progress billings as required.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly WIP reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet schedule and budget.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients on projects.
• Collaborate with clients to brainstorm solutions and ensure needs are met.
• Communicate with foremen daily; respond to inquiries and assist with collections.
