The role demands exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in project management, PMP certification, and a track record of coordinating stakeholders and delivering results on time.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in project management, program management, project operations, or related field.
• PMP certification or comparable recognized certification is required.
• Proven ability to independently lead multiple concurrent projects and deliver results within established timelines.
• Experience in HR, People Operations, or business operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Define goals, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop onboarding/training processes for Project Managers to enable independent execution.
• Coordinate review/standardization of company policies, agreements, and templates.
• Provide concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and resource needs.
